Monday through Friday, by appointment.

RATES

• First Appointment (80 minutes) $150.
• Individual Appointment (50 minutes) $100.
• Individual Appointment (60 minutes) $125.
• Couples or Family Appointment (50 minutes) $125.
• 30 minute session $60.

Sessions for children/adolescents include up to 15 minutes of parent phone/email contact per week and contact with schools as requested.

INSURANCE

We participate in-network with several insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, TriCare, ChampVA, Meridian, Molina & McLaren.  As participating providers, we will submit insurance billing on your behalf.  If we do not participate with your insurance, we are able to provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and will assist you as needed. Please contact us directly to see if we are participating as in-network providers with your insurance. 

We are able to accept HSA accounts and most major credit cards.
